- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very outdated by today's banking. Online banking is more of a hassle to sign up for through mail than its worth. Their claim to fame is touch tone phone banking which takes forever to update. My worst complaint is the staff. Very rude, always act as though we were an inconvenience.
